Needless to say, are not Permitted to Operate as a Charter Vessel and Sale of that vessel in Indonesia would make her subject to normal sales tax.... and these points are enforced!

Over the past 8+ years, I have seen this "Special Vessel" being maticulously worked on by a select group of men in a quiet locaion, far from everyting only visited occationally by boat lovers like myself and my family ofcourse. It was just a few months ago that we came to fully understand what this vessel was all about and I must admit, being the boat lover I am, this one is a wonderful and insperational story. Over the last 10 years, it seems that this rather massive 40 meter vessel has been being constructed as a hobby by a prefection driven Indonesian business man. When we first boarded this one recently, my wife and family fell in love with her, she has a classic air to her layout which is frankly well suited to a commercial operation. The accomodations aboard this boat seem to be divided into Crew and Guest area, but frankly could be presented as all Guest Accomodation for more than 20 special guests. The main deck lounge has a 1950's -60;s flavor to it, but in fact that boat is NEW, never registared and never used, just detailed carpentry work and all accomodation are above the waterline. This decor is prime for decoration with a Ratan's and Classic furnishings, colorful tiles in the private on suite cabins and colorful canvas ownings in Reds and Blues will make her an easy 5 star accomodation.
We discussed the concept of operating this vessel, with the Family and they have recently desided to allow us to make this vessel ready for sale. When a buyer is found, we will embark on a painting, varnishing, detailing and arranging all manor of spares and supplies for this boat. We will bring the paper work process of this vessel upto date and make her ready for transfer to her first buyer.
Our vision of this boat and her, 2 support vessels (priced seperately) were to operate as a Hotel Ship with Diving and Sport Fishing support boats, which are also available as part of this ASSET at additional cost.
